Annually, parking lots on Michigan State University's campus are repainted. Listed are the approximate weeks in which these parking areas may be occupied for that purpose.

Administrative realignments and operational activities have resulted in the need to relocate and/or consolidate the Contract and Grant Administration, Office of Sponsored Programs; Office of the Registrar; Controller's Office; and Administrative Information Services.

The Administration building is located on West Circle Drive, adjacent to Olds Hall, the Computer Center, and the Red Cedar River in the North Academic District. This project is anticipated to include abatement and replacement of the insulation along the ground floor perimeter and the floor tile throughout the ground floor; complete demolition and replacement of the metal pan ceilings and lay-in light fixtures; and new paint and flooring throughout the ground floor.

COMPLETED

Bailey and Rather halls are the second and third of six residence halls to be renovated in the Brody Neighborhood. Improvements will be made to the buildings' infrastructures, common spaces, amenities, resident rooms, and the surrounding site. Exterior renovations will maintain existing building materials while adding metal panels at the entrances, corrugated metal on the roofs, and small green roof areas.

This project involved designing and renovating 7,345 square feet of existing space located on the first floor of the Biomedical Physical Sciences Building for the Michigan State University Institute of Cyber-Enabled Research (iCER).
