COMPLETED

The scope of the project included a complete renovation of the existing Case Hall dining room and serving area and provided display platforms, a main dining venue, and a retail/beverage outlet.

This project involves the renovation of three laboratories on the fourth floor of the Chemistry Building to provide space for fume hoods, a distillation hood, a walk-in fume hood, dry boxes, chemical storage cabinets, and work space for graduate students.

Cherry Lane and Faculty Bricks Apartments, built from 1956 to 1961 and in 1948 respectively, have provided housing for countless MSU students, faculty and staff over many decades. After a significant study of the property, along with the recent repair history, Residential and Hospitality Services (RHS) has concluded that these units are simply at the end of their useful life cycle and are no longer cost effective to maintain.

COMPLETED

This project is located southwest of the IM West Building, along Chestnut Road, in the athletic and recreation district. This project involves the replacement of the existing direct-buried steam and condensate return lines with new lines in a steam crawl tunnel, along with the reconstruction of Chestnut Road.

COMPLETED October 2009

Pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle safety issues need to be addressed, and the water line capacity needs to be enhanced in this area. Road configurations will match previously rebuilt sections to improve traffic safety while providing more bike lanes.

COMPLETED April 2013

The addition will be a simple building with a 20-foot interior clear height and structural support for possible future vertical expansion.
