COMPLETED

The Food Stores Building is located on south side of Service Road, east of the Angell Building in the Service District. The project involves the replacement of the insulating panels with new panels that include 20 percent better insulation value and the replacement of freezer equipment with new high-efficiency energy-saving equipment.

COMPLETED December 2011

This project involved renovation of laboratory suites in Giltner Hall to provide ventilation, room temperature control, installation of observation benches, tank rack space, utility modifications, and structural enhancements to increase the load capacity.

The project included upgrades to street curbs, sidewalks and sidewalk ramps, sewers, water mains, and the road surface.

COMPLETED

The 2011 Harrison Road reconstruction project includes the reconstruction of the roadway from Trowbridge Road to Shaw Lane, located on the west side of Michigan State University's campus. The completed road surface will continue to have the same lane configuration as the currently existing roadway.

The 2012 Harrison Road reconstruction project includes the reconstruction of the roadway from Trowbridge Road to Mount Hope Road, located on the west side of Michigan State University's campus. The completed road surface will continue to have the same lane configuration as the currently existing roadway.

COMPLETED April 2010

This project involves the installation of new sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, and other code-required life safety system upgrades in the living spaces. It also includes the installation of a new emergency lighting and electrical substation for the fire pump.
