The project involved the renovation of the softball facility, including the construction of a new press box with an elevator, barrier-free ramps and seating; related utility improvements; salvaging existing bleachers; a new public address system; walkways, fencing and backstop; and site restoration.

Old College Field is located north of Jenison Field House in the Athletic and Recreation District. This project involves construction of a new ticketing building, gateway to all three venues, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and a donor plaza. The project will also provide permanent power, communícations and broadcast connections to Old College Field from Jenison Field House.

This project included the construction of a new plant sciences building of 90,000 gross square feet, demolition of the single-story lecture hall on the northwest corner of the Plant and Soil Sciences building, and associated renovations being affected by the physical connections being made.

        The project will include the construction of a pole barn facility to house a minimum of approximately 6,000 laying hens in three different housing systems.
