Description: The Culinary Management Education Laboratory is located on the garden level of the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center. The existing facility was 18 years old and approximately 10,000 square feet. The School of Hospitality Business is in need of state-of-the-art teaching and production laboratories and a demonstration theater/classroom to remain competitive in the world of hospitality education.
This project involved renovations to the entire lab, including the dining room, demonstration theater/classroom, two kitchens and the public space adjacent to the dining room to promote the School of Hospitality Business and recognize the accomplishments of alumni, staff and students with interactive displays.
