Description: Intercollegiate Athletics wishes to update and improve the baseball, softball, and soccer facilities at Old College Field to create a unified collegiate complex intended to heighten the athletic experience to players, coaches, and visitors. This project involved the renovation of the softball facility, including the construction of a new press box with an elevator, barrier-free ramps and seating; related utility improvements; salvaging existing bleachers; a new public address system; walkways, fencing and backstop; and site restoration.
Timeline: Construction began in May 2010 and will be substantially complete by November 2010, with final completion by November 2011.
